A proud recipient of the prestigious James Crossen Lifetime Achievement Award 2020. The award recognizes outstanding lifetime achievement and contribution to the business community. Cobourg has been home for over 58 years; It has been the perfect place to raise three daughters and now several grand children. I became active in real estate in 1989, bringing with me the skills and expertise of an International General Manager. In 1993, I became an owner of the company and also the Broker of Record, working as a selling manager. I lived and worked in China in the late eighties and I enjoy the diversity of different cultures. We have been active in the local community on many fronts. We have worked on major fundraising for the Northumberland Hills Hospital and the Cobourg Community Centre. We are partners with Habitat for Humanity Northumberland. I coached ladies softball, I have been involved in hockey on many levels and have donated time and energy to many worthwhile causes. Favourite sports that I played include  squash, hockey, baseball and golf. I am  actively involved in the Cobourg Rotary Club. Over the years I have received many outstanding achievement awards and was awarded CENTURION status by Century 21 Canada in 2004. I married Liz Southward in 2006. We have been fortunate to enjoy golfing, biking and world travelling. Liz and I are co-owners of Century 21 All-Pro realty (1993) Ltd. We are very proud of our salespeople and staff.

Two of my daughters are instrumental in running our respected real estate office.
